Why does the print on my item look faded?

With DTG (direct-to-garment), designs are printed directly onto the garment and absorbed into the fabric. We use the DTG method for most of our t-shirts.
DTG inks are eco-friendly, CPSIA-compliant, non-toxic, non-hazardous, and soluble in water. They're free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE).
Opaqueness varies depending on the garment. Lighter weight garments with more cotton content, such as t-shirts will have a more opaque print result. Heavier weight garments, such as sweatshirts and hoodies, will have a less opaque print result because the fabric is thicker and will absorb the water based ink more. This results in seeing the garment through the print a bit.

I have received notification to say my package has been returned to sender, what does that mean?

If your package is returned to our warehouse please email us at info@99circles.shop with confirmation of your shipping address and order number so we may investigate. If the reason for return by carrier is “insufficient address” we will be able to reship but the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges. Please be aware, due to the high rate of package theft, some packages may require a signature and you may be required to be home to accept the package. If your package is returned due to “no signature” we will be able to reship but the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges. If your item(s) are returned to our warehouse because of a carrier error we will be able to reship your order without any additional charges to the customer.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please email us at info@99circles.shop. We may ask you to reconfirm your shipping address was correct before reshipping your item(s). It would also be good to double check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

We will ask you to meet the cost of re-delivery if our tracking information states your order was delivered successfully.

I have placed my order, how long will it take to ship?

Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This does not include shipping time. Shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.

How do I wash my garments to preserve the quality?

T-shirt, Sweatshirt, and Hoodie Care Instructions
Machine wash these items selecting a cold and gentle cycle, inside-out, with mild detergent amongst similar colors.
Do not use fabric softeners
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life (recommended).
Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron the print or embroidery.
Do not dry clean.
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer setting can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.

How do i report a problem with my order?

Please submit 2-3 good photos of the problem (at least one full shot of the garment, and/or 2 different angles of the issue) and the nature of the problem to: info@99circles.shop within the first 14 days of receiving your items. It is important to send your photos with your initial inquiry first to ensure we solve your problem as quickly as possible.
